Online booking is currently a demo. Demo reservations do not place a real order and no online payment is taken.
No refunds once plates are reserved
Once your reservation is confirmed, it is non-refundable for customer cancellations, changes of mind or missed pickups.
Problems with your order
If the restaurant cannot fulfil your confirmed order, you receive an incorrect order, or you have a food-quality concern, please contact us promptly with your booking reference and the details. This policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy required by applicable UAE consumer protection law.
How to contact us
Call +971 4 577 5692 or email [email protected]. Include your name, booking reference, pickup date and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, banking passwords or OTPs.
If a refund is due, we will confirm the next steps and expected processing time. Sending a request does not itself cancel a booking or approve a refund.
