Online booking is currently a demo. Demo reservations do not place a real order and no online payment is taken.

Reservations and availability

When live online booking opens, a reservation is confirmed only when a booking confirmation is issued after payment has been verified. Viewing availability or starting checkout does not confirm a reservation.

Each order is limited to five plates in total, subject to the selected pickup slot’s available stock. Each half plate and each Special Chole & Mutton counts as one plate. Lassi does not use plate stock.

Prices and payment

Menu prices are displayed in AED. Review your items, quantities, collection choice, pickup time and total before confirming. Live payment processing is not enabled on this demo.

Pickup

Choose takeaway or eat in your car for the whole order. No seats or tables are reserved. Keep your booking reference and present your ticket when collecting. Pickup windows are estimates; contact us if you are delayed or have a question about your order.

Cancellations and refunds

Once plates are reserved and the booking is confirmed, customer cancellations and missed pickups are non-refundable, subject to rights required by UAE law. Read our refund policy before confirming a reservation.

Food and allergens

Food may contain nuts and other allergens. Tell us about any allergies before placing an order and contact the restaurant to discuss suitability. We cannot confirm suitability through the demo booking form.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies required under applicable UAE law. Updates apply to future bookings and do not remove rights attached to an existing confirmed booking.
